Job Title: Flexera Implementation Specialist Location: India (remote) Duration: long term JOB SUMMARY ITAM Tooling Experts serve as implementation specialists with deep expertise in configuring and deploying tools from the ground up. As tool solution architects, they are responsible for planning, executing, and managing end-to-end tool implementations aligned with customer requirements. Their role includes proposing comprehensive tooling solutions and ensuring successful delivery to meet client needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to independently configure and install Flexera with minimal supervision. Ensure continuous availability and optimal performance of the Flexera . Upload and manage required data within the Flexera set. Perform routine system maintenance, including backups, patches, and upgrades. Manage user access by assigning roles based on business needs and revoking access upon termination. Monitor tool health checkpoints to proactively identify and resolve issues. Escalate technical issues to the vendor, create support tickets, and coordinate with vendor support teams to ensure resolution. Maintain all data feeds and integrations connected to the Flexera . Perform both scheduled and ad-hoc data uploads as required. KEY SKILLS Hands-on experience in configuring and implementing both on-premise and cloud instances of Flexera . Strong understanding of Flexera infrastructure, including modules, data connectors, and platform capabilities. In-depth technical knowledge of Flexera features, limitations, and implementation considerations. Skilled in creating guidelines and frameworks to assess and advance tool maturity levels. · Ability to develop implementation plans tailored to customer requirements.
