We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and well-organized Building Caretaker to oversee and manage the daily operations of our corporate premises. Ex-army personnel or retired officers from defense or government services are highly preferred. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day management of the corporate building and facilities. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance agencies. Handle vendor management and ensure timely service delivery. Maintain discipline and cleanliness within the premises. Manage minor repairs and maintenance activities or report them to the concerned agency. Use computer and email for basic reporting, coordination, and communication. Support administrative needs related to building and facility upkeep. Handle visitor and staff movement tracking if required. Requirements: Retired from Army, Navy, Air Force, Police, or Government Services (preferred). Basic knowledge of computers and email writing is a must. Should be able to supervise vendors and service agencies effectively. Physically fit and active, with good interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual. Experience in handling building or facility management is an added advantage. Preferred Qualities: Strong sense of responsibility and discipline. Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently.
