Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an On-Ground Operations & Coordination Executive , based in Samastipur, Bihar . The role involves coordinating between Priyadarshee Masale’s local operations and the remote management team. Responsibilities include overseeing daily stock and dispatch updates, maintaining real-time inventory data, assisting with online product listings, managing basic reporting, and ensuring clear communication between the local shop/factory and digital teams. The position requires a proactive individual who can ensure operational efficiency, gather timely business information, and support smooth execution across departments. Qualifications Strong communication and coordination skills to effectively interact with the owner, staff, and remote teams. Experience in inventory handling, retail, FMCG, or operations management preferred. Comfortable using smartphone apps, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and Excel . Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated, with attention to detail. Ability to manage daily reporting and provide accurate real-time updates. Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred) . Based in or near Samastipur, Bihar .
