Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Business Development: Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Monitor sales KPIs and implement corrective actions when needed. Identify local market trends, customer preferences, and competitors to plan local marketing and sales strategies. 2. Customer Experience: Ensure superior customer service and handle escalations efficiently. Manage customer follow-ups, queries, and complaints. Oversee the complete customer journey from inquiry to final delivery and installation. 3. Store Operations: Ensure the store operates smoothly in terms of cleanliness, maintenance, and adherence to SOPs. Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control. Oversee billing, payment collection, and coordination with logistics for timely deliveries. 4. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate showroom staff including sales executives and support staff. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback. Schedule shifts and manage manpower planning to ensure adequate floor coverage. 5. Visual Merchandising: Ensure the showroom layout and displays align with Godrej Interios brand standards. Coordinate with the visual merchandising team for timely updates. Conduct regular checks to maintain hygiene and aesthetics of the showroom. 6. Reporting & Coordination: Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales, footfall, conversions, etc. Coordinate with HO and regional teams for product availability, schemes, training, etc. Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in retail showroom management (furniture/interior/home dcor industry preferred). Must knowledge of Tally Prime Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities 1. Institutional Sales & Business Development Identify and target potential institutional clients (e.g., PSUs, government departments, hotels, educational institutions, builders). Generate inquiries through cold calling, references, and market mapping. Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tender documents as per institutional requirements. Close deals through effective negotiation and follow-up. 2. Client & Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sale service coordination and complaint resolution. Follow up for repeat orders, referrals, and long-term account development. 3. Sales Planning & Reporting Develop monthly/quarterly business plans and achieve sales targets. Track leads, opportunities, and closures using CRM or reporting systems. Regularly report progress and market insights to the distributor management and Godrej Interio team. 4. Coordination & Execution Coordinate with Godrej Interio factory, logistics, and support teams for smooth order execution. Work with architects, interior designers, and PMC consultants for product approvals and project involvement. Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events to generate leads and visibility. Experience: • 3 to 6 years of experience in B2B/institutional sales, preferably in furniture, interior solutions, building materials, or lifestyle products. Skills: • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Excellent relationship-building ability • Knowledge of institutional sales cycles and government procurement processes • Goal-oriented with strong business acumen • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
