Role & responsibilities Assist in end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Draft and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Conduct initial telephonic screening to evaluate candidate fitment. Coordinate and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives. Maintain recruitment reports and assist in preparing hiring metrics. Note: Freshers with an MBA in Human Resources are also eligible to apply for this role.
