Private Tutor

We are seeking passionate and dedicated tutors to join our team. Ideal candidates will have strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping students succeed. Tutors will be responsible for delivering one-on-one or small group instruction, creating engaging lesson plans, and providing constructive feedback to students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized tutoring in academic or non-academic subjects to students in grades 1 to 9.
• Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular updates to parents or guardians.
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student engagement and growth.
• Collaborate with the En Davon team to ensure the highest standards of educational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject or related field preferred.
• Previous tutoring or teaching experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of academic subjects and/or non-academic disciplines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire students of various age groups.

Pay: ₹250.00 - ₹600.00 per hour
