The ideal candidate should have a background in fashion , a strong sense of aesthetics, and hands-on experience in content creation, design, and social media management . Presence: Offices and Store in Delhi and Mumbai Key Responsibilities Drive sales performance to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Deliver exceptional customer experience and personalized styling assistance to clients. Manage store operations, including inventory control, visual merchandising, and store upkeep. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients and walk-in customers. Coordinate with the head office for sales reporting, stock replenishment, and promotional activities. Train and supervise store staff (if assigned) to ensure smooth daily operations. Uphold brand standards in customer interaction, product display, and store presentation. Requirements Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within luxury fashion retail. Graduate or above from a reputed fashion school. Strong sales orientation with proven target achievement record. Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, and a polished personality. Passion for luxury fashion, styling, and client engagement.
