Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Founder, based in Patna. The Founder will be responsible for shaping the vision and strategy of the company, driving growth, and overseeing the implementation of innovative educational solutions. Day-to-day tasks include leading various teams, establishing strategic partnerships, ensuring the quality of services, and managing overall operations. The role requires a balance of leadership, creativity, and strategic thinking to spearhead company initiatives and maintain a competitive edge in the industry. Qualifications Proven experience in leadership and management roles Strong background in education and content development Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of current trends in education technology and e-learning solutions Experience in curriculum and skill development Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive education practices Graduate degree in Education, Business Administration, or related fields
