Job Summary: The Executive - HR - Payroll and Compliance will be a key member of the Human Resources team, primarily responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, maintaining meticulous employee records, and ensuring full compliance with all relevant labor laws and statutory regulations in India, specifically pertaining to a manufacturing environment. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of payroll processes and Indian labor compliance. Key Responsibility Complete Payroll Management and it Process Statutory Compliance - Ensure strict adherence to all applicable Indian labor laws and statutory compliances relevant to a manufacturing company in Maharashtra HR Operations & Administration (Supporting Role): Support performance management and appraisal process. Handle employee engagement initiatives, events, and training programs. Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and documentation. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field. A Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in HR or Labour Law from a recognized institution will be an added advantage. Experience: 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a significant focus on payroll processing and statutory compliance, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Proven experience working with a substantial workforce (e.g., 100+ employees, including contract labor). Hands-on experience with HRIS and payroll software (knowledge of specific systems used in India is a plus).
