Role Description

PRISM Billing Software Engineer

The professional in this role will manage and optimize billing processes, ensure accurate invoicing, handle client billing tasks, and support accounting activities. Collaboration with clients and internal teams for seamless billing operations and adherence to financial standards will also be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in PRISM.
• Proficiency in Billing Processes and Client Billing
• Strong understanding of Invoicing and Accounting principles
• Excellent Communication skills for effective client and team interactions
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with billing software, preferably with Prism Billing Software
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote, contract-based capacity
• Previous experience in IT services or billing is an asset
