A Senior Manager level person with sound consulting experience within SD module and its integration with other SAP modules
At least 3 End to end Implementations as CO lead in S/4 HANA
Preferable to have S4/ HANA certification
Should have worked in Global rollouts earlier and active participation in deciding the Global Templates using SAP best practices within the modules by studying legacy business processes
Good Command on core Controlling processes including CO master data such as
Cost center and Profit center accounting
Internal order processing
Product costing
Profitability and cost accounting
Group reporting
Solid Controlling domain knowledge with Manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
Strong Communication skills and client facing roles
Flexible to work in multiple time zones as per project requirement
2. SAP SD- D1
A senior manager level person with sound consulting experience within SD module and its integration with other SAP modules
3 End to end Implementations as SD lead with at-least one in S/4 HANA

3. SAP MM D1
A senior manager level person with sound consulting experience within SD module and its integration with other SAP modules in client facing roles

Should have worked in Global rollouts earlier and active participation in deciding the Global Templates using SAP best practices within the modules by studying legacy business processes
Good Command on PP and QM processes, Master data, Production Planning, Batch Management, MRP, Manufacturing Management reporting, Manufacturing Operations
Knowledge on Demand planning and operational controls will be an added advantage (SAP-IBP)
A prior experience in Variant configuration is necessary
Good knowledge in QM areas such as Incoming Inspection, Production Inspection, Interfaces, Batch Release processes
Solid PP and Quality Management Domain knowledge / Pharma background will be added advantage

6. SAP HCM C2

Good Command on standard SAP HR processes, info types such as Personal administration and Organization Management.

7. SP TM C1 level
SAP Logistics Execution expert with at least 2 SAP implementation or 3 support (AMS) project experience in Transportation Management Module (LE-TRA) within SAP ECC
Must have 7 to 9 years of SAP consulting experience with logistics execution as the primary skill
Must have in-depth knowledge and hands on experience in configuring end to end processes for outbound goods movement using route management, shipment, and shipment cost processing within SAP
Should have thorough knowledge in integration with SAP MM and FI modules for implementing shipment cost calculation and settlement related business processes
Must have decent communication skill and should have performed client facing roles
Must have participated in fit-gap, design workshops, UAT etc. where extensive user interaction is required
Well versed with commonly followed SAP implementation/support methodology and the activities involved in various phases of the project
Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA key functionalities will be an added advantage

8. SP PM C1 level
SAP Plant Maintenance expert having at least 7 to 9 years of consulting experience across SAP implementation. rollout and support projects
Strong functional knowledge and experience in implementing key process like Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Processing, Notification Types, Management of Technical objects including serial number management, Warranty management and Maintenance Planning, Work orders management etc.
Must have worked on Processing Refurbishment Tasks, Task List Management, Classes and characteristics installed base Measurement Point and Documents, Material and serial number combination Warranties
Should have thorough integration knowledge with FI, CO, MM and PP modules for end to end process configuration in SAP
Must have decent communication skill and should have performed client facing roles
Must have participated in fit-gap, design workshops, UAT etc. where extensive user interaction is required
Well versed with commonly followed SAP implementation/support methodology and the activities involved in various phases of the project
Knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA key functionalities will be an added advantage

9. SAP EWM C2 level
Must have 10+ years of experience in SAP consulting with at least 1 full cycle implementation and 1 support project experience in SAP EWM as primary skill
Experience in SAP Mobile Technologies using ITS for Radio Frequency Framework Solution Design. Must have hands-on experience of working on Handling Unit management and barcode scanning set up in SAP EWM
In-depth knowledge in implementing inbound, outbound, advanced production integration and warehouse internal processes in EWM
Proficient in configuring PPFs, VAS, automatic bin replenishment, kitting, LOSC & POSC as key levers for process automation.
Experience in configuring Yard management, labor management and cross docking will be an added advantage
Must have in depth experience in setting up integration with MM, QM, PP & SD modules (in SAP ERP) for end-to-end process implementation
Candidate should have decent communication and interpersonal skill to be able to work with effectively clients from across the geographies
Must have led critical phases such as fit-gap analysis, design workshops, & User Acceptance testing where extensive client interaction is required

10 SAP FI D1

Good Command on core FI processes such as but not limited to FI master data, Account Payable/ Account receivables, Asset Accounting, Tax, Period end Closing, consolidation,
Finance Intercompany process, Treasury as added skills
Should have experience in GAAP reporting
Should have experience in parallel Ledgers
Full picture of processes from Finance perspective such as:
Purchase to Pay
Order to Cash
Solid FI domain knowledge / Pharma background will be added advantage

4. Knowledge of analysis tools like Code Inspector, ATC to check quality of the ABAP code and optimize for SAP HANA
5. Experience in general ABAP (ABAP reports, Function Module, BDC, BAPI , Workflow, SAP Script / Smart Form / Adobe Forms etc)
