Roles and Responsibilities Machine Operator
Operate machines used in Paper, Printing, Post Press, Rigid Box, Label Manufacturing, Packaging, and Assembly industries.
Handle and monitor Fully Automatic and Semi-Automatic machines efficiently on the assembly line.
Operate Printing machines (2-colour, 4-colour, or 8-colour) with accuracy and attention to quality standards.
Understand and utilize HMI (Human Machine Interface) systems and perform basic machine troubleshooting when required.
Maintain a high standard of machine operation with more than 5 years of practical experience in production environments.
Lead and coordinate a team of at least 10 members, ensuring smooth workflow and meeting production targets.
Operate and maintain specialized machinery such as Auto Gluing, Die Cutting / Punching, Reel Cutting, Lamination, Embossing, and Folding machines.
Ensure safety, quality, and maintenance protocols are strictly followed during all operations.
Support preventive maintenance activities and report any mechanical or operational issues to the supervisor.
