Role Overview: You are a HTML & Print Designer/Web Developer & Graphic Designer with expertise in HTML coding and print design. Your primary focus will be on developing responsive HTML pages, mailers, and templates, as well as creating high-quality print-ready artwork for various collaterals. Additionally, you will be involved in graphic design, video editing, and other creative projects to support Ashika's brand communication and marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, code, and maintain responsive HTML pages, mailers, and templates. - Ensure compatibility of digital assets across different browsers and devices. - Design, format, and deliver high-quality print-ready artwork for brochures, flyers, banners, reports, and other collaterals. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across print and digital outputs. - Create impactful graphics for marketing campaigns, presentations, and digital platforms. - Assist in the development and editing of short-form video content. - Support various creative and multimedia requirements as assigned. - Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance deliverables continuously. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree or diploma in any field. - 3 years of professional experience with proven expertise in HTML coding and print design. - Strong proficiency in coding responsive, cross-browser compatible web pages and email templates. - Advanced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop for creating high-quality, print-ready artwork. - Basic skills in Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
