Printer Cum Graphic Designer

You are a skilled and creative Printer cum Graphic Designer responsible for managing the design and printing of various marketing materials, signage, hoardings, banners, brochures, and other print media. Your role involves utilizing your strong design sense, experience in print production, and hands-on knowledge of printing machinery and software. Your key responsibilities include designing visual content such as banners, posters, hoardings, visiting cards, etc., based on client or company requirements. You will also be operating and maintaining printing machines including offset, digital, and large format printers, preparing artwork for print, coordinating with the marketing/sales team for design and print deliverables, ensuring print quality, color accuracy, and timely completion of print jobs, managing basic troubleshooting and maintenance of printers, maintaining inventory of printing materials, and following brand guidelines while meeting deadlines for all design projects. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as a graphic designer and printer operator, proficiency in software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc., familiarity with printing processes such as offset, digital, flex, and vinyl, attention to detail, creativity, and effective time management skills. Additionally, the ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and basic knowledge of machine maintenance will be advantageous.
