Principle Officer - Insurance Broking

Job Description:

*Manage the insurance domain as well as License Applications
*Ensuring compliance with guidelines and keeping up to date with all regulatory changes and ensuring implementation of the same in the company's Insurance business.*Liaise with insurance companies and internal stakeholders (tech, business, QA, marketing) for smooth functioning and growth of the insurance business.*Responsible for product, MIS, and operations.*Setup processes for the Insurance business both Offline, Online, Trade as per IRDA norms*Timely reporting of reports*Represent the company during IRDA Audits, Hearings, etc*Guide and advise the management on the Insurance business*Ensure judicious use of natural resources*Adhere to the environment health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization

Knowledge & Key Skills :
- Should have knowledge of applying for licenses and procuring the same- Sound knowledge of insurance products and business.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Preferably from a start-up and used to working in a high-paced environment.- Good PR relationship skills

Pay: ₹27,993.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
