Principal/Senior AI/ML Engineer- OCI

Responsibilities will include leading the development of AI agents tailored for cloud operations, designing and implementing tools and frameworks to support AI agent development, assessing agent performance across operational scenarios, innovating meta prompting techniques, integrating advanced LLM technologies into OCI systems, collaborating across teams, engaging with customers to validate solutions, and providing technical leadership and mentorship. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of overall experience with at least 2 years in machine learning engineering, expertise in large language models, transformers, and GenAI technologies, experience in prompt engineering, the ability to optimize AI agent performance in real-world environments, proficiency in Python and ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow, knowledge of MLOps practices, problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include experience in building AI assistants for enterprise applications, familiarity with multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, or autonomous decision-making frameworks, knowledge of LLM fine-tuning, RAG, or vector database integration, a background in cloud operations or infrastructure monitoring, exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or other major cloud platforms, and contributions to open-source ML projects or publications in ML, NLP, or AI agent systems.
