Principal TCAD Engineer

You will play a crucial role in developing devices and processes for memory products at Micron Technology. Your responsibilities will include making important decisions, utilizing advanced process and device modeling TCAD tools, providing early insights for new technologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address critical issues, and contributing to intellectual property through patent disclosures. To excel in this role, you are expected to hold an MS/PhD in semiconductor device physics, possess 5-10 years of industrial experience in Device Technology Development, have a track record of driving innovations with publications and patents, be proficient in TCAD with hands-on experience, have programming skills in scripting, Python, C, C++, etc., and be familiar with AI/ML approaches for solving physics problems.
