Endpoint is a leading interactive response technology (IRT) systems and solutions provider catering to the life sciences industry. Since 2009, our singular vision has been to assist sponsors and pharmaceutical companies in achieving success in clinical trials. Our innovative solutions, powered by the proprietary PULSE platform, are designed to optimize the supply chain, reduce operational expenses, and ensure precise and timely patient dosing. With our headquarters in Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, we have established our presence through offices across the United States, Europe, and Asia. As the Principal Software Test Engineer at Endpoint, you will report directly to the Head of Product Engineering. Your core responsibilities will revolve around enhancing the software test automation framework, designing test cases, executing software product testing, and providing guidance to fellow software test engineers. Your duties will include crafting and refining the test automation framework, devising efficient product testing strategies, and ensuring comprehensive coverage of product requirements and use cases. Additionally, you will be instrumental in fostering best practices in product testing while adhering to practical and deadline-oriented approaches. Your role will also involve planning, developing, and implementing functional, integration, and regression test cases, managing test plan execution, monitoring defects, and aiding in production issue investigations. Moreover, you will be expected to explore new testing technologies and tools, mentor other software test engineers, and undertake any related tasks as necessary. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You are required to have over 10 years of experience in software testing with a focus on automation, coupled with at least 6 years of experience in multi-tenant SaaS, web, and mobile applications. Expertise in testing tools like Selenium, Playwright, JMeter, Postman, Swagger, and testing frameworks such as Cucumber and SpecFlow is essential. A solid understanding of QA testing principles, web application and service architecture, and proficiency in test automation programming languages like C# or Java is crucial. Familiarity with SQL, JavaScript, and test automation pipelines is also desired, along with prior exposure to eClinical domains, life sciences, or regulated industries. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong analytical and risk assessment capabilities, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a knack for quick learning. You should be adept at thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments, with excellent oral and written communication skills. Your time management, organizational abilities, focus, creativity, and passion for your work will be key assets in this role.,
