Principal - Project/ Program

As a Principal Project/Program Manager at MetLife, you will be responsible for managing projects and programs, creating architectural specifications, and driving architectural discussions with Solution Architects and Enterprise Architects. Your role will involve ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms. You will also be accountable for front and back end development, as well as conducting peer reviews of solutions and code. Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to teams specializing in cloud-native software development, traditional Microsoft .Net based software development, and AI solution development. - Drive the successful delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives. - Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the teams.
