Principal Product Engineer - .Net

Role Overview: You will be playing a key role in assisting customers with various inquiries, concerns, and issues efficiently and promptly by taking full responsibility for each case from start to finish. Collaborating closely with other members of the Customer Support team, you will ensure quick, effective, and consistent resolutions for customers. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze client functional/business requirements and propose suitable solutions. - Work with internal teams to develop software design and architecture. - Conduct unit testing and deployment of applications and systems. - Review, update, refactor, and debug code. - Enhance existing software. - Create thorough documentation across the software and pinpoint root causes of issues. - Proficient in comprehensive documentation, including product defect analysis, detailing root causes, and suggesting potential resolutions for the defect. Qualifications Required: - Proficient in writing clean, scalable code with at least 6 years of experience in .NET. - Experienced in API coding using C# and VB.net. - Capable of developing and updating web applications using ASP.net and MVC. - Knowledgeable in MS SQL server.
