Principal Member of Technical Staff

Responsibilities

As a Senior Member of Technical Staff or Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will participate in the design and development of Oracle&aposs DevOps Services. You should be a rock solid coder and have passion to learn new technologies. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with application development using Java Microservices, Docker/Podman, Kubernetes & Public Cloud
• Proficient at programming in Java, and one other major programming/scripting language like Python or Go Lang.
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals
• Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering or related engineering fields
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong distributed systems fundamentals
• Terraform experience
• Prior development experience with DevOps in a Public Cloud (like AWS, Azure or GCP) tools or services
• Masters degree in Computer Science
