About Position: The Program & Delivery Management role is a critical position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of a project. The individual will ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership skills, as the individual will be coordinating with various teams to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill company goals. Role: Principal Engineering Manager Location: Pune / Bangalore Experience: 15 20 Years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Coordinate with various teams, including development, testing, and client teams, to ensure smooth delivery of projects. Ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standard and delivered to the client on time. Continuously improve the delivery process, implementing new technologies and methodologies as necessary. Proficiency in .Net Core: The candidate must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with .Net Core, including its various libraries and frameworks. Program Management: The candidate should have experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and within budget. Delivery Management: The candidate must have a proven track record in delivery management, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standard and delivered to the client on time. The candidate must possess a bachelors degree in business administration, Management, or a related field, with a preference for those holding a masters degree or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Expertise You'll Bring: Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps. Proficiency in SQL Server, including designing and implementing databases and writing complex SQL queries. Strong understanding of HTML, including HTML5 and semantic markup. Proficiency in CSS, including CSS3 and CSS pre-processors like SASS or LESS. Strong understanding of JavaScript, including ES6+ and JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular. Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Proficiency in project management tools like JIRA or Trello. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in leading teams and managing resources effectively. Ability to solve complex problems and make decisions under pressure.
