Principal Consultant-PLSQL/Java

Role Overview: You will be responsible for implementing Oracle Database, Oracle WebLogic, Java, PL/SQL, webservices, and banking products. Your role will involve analyzing solution approaches, estimations, best practices, and project risks. You will lead technical team members in development, implementation, or managed service activities. Additionally, you will participate in project meetings, product-walkthrough workshops, and communicate with the customers effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Independently interact and communicate with client Business/IT Teams - Understand client requirements and map them to off-the-shelf products or product features - Lead technical team members in Development, Implementation, or Managed Service activity - Participate and lead project meetings and Product-Walkthrough workshops with the Customer - Plan, manage, and communicate the progress of the project, achieving project milestones - Utilize a mix of global resources within a matrix environment - Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks - Translate customer business requirements into workable business solutions - Develop innovative plans to solve complex business workflows Qualifications Required: - Good experience in Oracle DB, Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, XML, J2EE, Microservices, SpringBoot, Ojet - Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills - Excellent knowledge of banking terminologies, concepts, and processes - Good communication and documentation skills in English - Demonstrated experience in translating customer business requirements into workable business solutions - Career Level - IC3 About the Company: Oracle is a world leader in cloud solutions, using advanced technology to address current challenges.
