We are looking for a skilled Principal Consultant specializing in Java, Selenium, Playwright, and API automation to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in leading and delivering high-quality software solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will revolve around designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts using Java and Selenium, as well as conducting functional testing to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications. As a Principal Consultant, your duties will include leading consulting projects and engagements, acting as the primary client contact, and providing strategic guidance on testing strategies, automation frameworks, and quality assurance processes. You will be expected to architect, design, and implement robust test automation solutions using Java, Selenium, and API testing frameworks to ensure software applications" reliability, scalability, and performance. Additionally, you will develop tests that validate application behavior across various browsers and devices, utilizing Playwright's capabilities for browser automation. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and project managers, to define testing requirements, establish best practices, and drive continuous improvement in software quality is a key aspect of this role. You will also mentor and coach junior consultants and team members, sharing technical guidance and knowledge to foster a culture of learning and collaboration. To be successful in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, along with experience in software development, quality assurance, and test automation. Proficiency in Java programming language, Selenium WebDriver, API testing frameworks, and database testing is essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, exceptional communication abilities, and leadership experience are highly valued.
