Epergne Solutions is seeking a Principal Business Consulting professional with expertise in workforce HCM. The preferred locations for this role include Bengaluru, Karnataka; Pocharam Village, Hyderabad, Telangana; Sholinganallur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu; Hinjewadi Phase 3, Pune, Maharashtra; Tikri, Gurgaon, Haryana; and Kishangarh, Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM Consulting or Workday-HCM Implementation testing. A comprehensive understanding of one or more of the latest features of Workday-HCM products and integrations is required for this position. Applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree, Full-time MBA, or PGDM from reputable B Schools in India or its foreign equivalent. While no immediate travel is expected, candidates should be open to the possibility of traveling within and outside India in the long term based on business requirements.
