Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior BI Specialist specializing in Tableau Development, your primary responsibility will be to gather requirements from clients, stakeholders, and onsite leads. You will be designing solution frameworks, providing time estimates, and assigning tasks to developers. Additionally, you will serve as the subject matter expert for all technical and functional queries from the client and the team. Collaboration with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Onsite lead is crucial to track and maintain all incidents and change request documentation. You may also need to support the team in development activities and actively participate in CoE activities. Key Responsibilities: - Gather requirements from clients, stakeholders, and onsite leads - Design solution frameworks, provide time estimates, and assign tasks to developers - Serve as the SME for all technical and functional queries - Work with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, and Onsite lead to track and maintain all incidents and change request documentation - Supplement the team in development activities when required - Actively participate in CoE activities and support RFPs with demo-able assets such as dashboards and solution frameworks Qualifications Required: - SQL expertise - Hands-on experience with Tableau - Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Details: Overall Experience: 10-15 years Experience leading a team: 5 years Note: The job also requires proficiency in Advanced Excel, Advance SQL, Tableau Prep, Azure, Power BI, and QlikView or any other visualization tool.
