About the Role

As an Automotive Cybersecurity Architect, you will be responsible for implementing Cyber Security Solutions for In Vehicle Infotainment Electronic Control Units (IVI ECUs) and optionally Telematics Control Units (TCUs). Your activities include designing and implementing Cyber Security solutions for the full lifecycle of the product. Your role would require you to align solutions to global standards and compliances, hence prior training or certification in Standards like ISO/SAE 21434, R155, R156 is desirable.

What You Will Do

You will be designing state-of-the-art cybersecurity solutions for products by collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will be a pioneer in your field and provide guidance to other teams on cyber security. You will directly interact with customers and perform functions like requirements gathering clarification. Defining cybersecurity work products like TARA and its mitigation techniques, designing cybersecurity solutions and helping implementing teams to implement the cybersecurity solution. You will also be pioneer in vulnerability management protect from cybersecurity threats.

Desired Technical Skills

• Performing Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment on ECUs and TCUs.
• Experience in designing cybersecurity solutions for Linux OR android platforms, like secure communication, secure boot, TEE / HSM, Sandboxing
• Knowledge of cryptographic algorithms, OpenSSL, WolfSSL, NMAP, PCAP, Wireshark
• Knowledge of Global Automotive Cybersecurity standards (ISO/SAE 21434, UNECE UN R155, UN R156, Chinese GB 44495-2024)
• Knowledge of CAN UDS and secure UDS

Bonus Points if You Have

• Certified or trained ISO/SAE 21434 professional with proven project experience
• Experience working in agile automotive development environments
• Experience in working with Qualcomm chipsets
• Good Knowledge of Enterprise Architect.

What Makes You Eligible

• 12+ years in embedded systems development, with at least 5 years focused on security architecture
• Proven experience in securing automotive Infotainment / Telematics ECUs
• Willingness to travel if necessary
