Role Overview: As one of the most senior engineers in the team, you will play a crucial role in leading and mentoring teams of ML Engineers and Software Engineers. Your responsibilities will include deploying, monitoring, and maintaining Machine Learning models, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes while ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and mentor teams of ML Engineers and Software Engineers in building scalable AI systems - Deploy, monitor, and maintain Machine Learning models in production environments - Perform performance evaluations of the models and implement MLOps processes - Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional teams to align project goals and provide technical support - Clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Masters / bachelors in computer science, Computer engineering, Machine Learning, Data Mining, Information Systems, or related disciplines - Strong proficiency in machine learning concepts, algorithms, and techniques - Expertise in deep learning techniques, particularly in NLP and Vision - Experience with multiple programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, Scala, SQL, NoSQL - Proficiency in machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn - Expertise with cloud platforms and containerization technologies, with experience in Azure being a plus - Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities - Up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technology and industry trends - Expertise in Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, HBase, Kafka,
