Role Overview As a Healthcare Recruiter , you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating healthcare candidates for U.S.-based job opportunities. This is a remote role, working U.S. hours, ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about helping people find meaningful school-based careers in healthcare. Key Responsibilities Understand job requirements for healthcare roles (e.g., PT, OT, SLP, etc.) shared by account managers. Source candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and internal databases & social media (like Facebook). Screen resumes to assess suitability. Verify credentials, licenses, and certifications as per U.S. state regulations. Schedule interviews with clients and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams. Guide selected candidates through the offer, onboarding, and documentation process. Maintain up-to-date records and reports in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Requirements 1–3 years of experience in U.S. staffing/recruitment, preferably in healthcare. Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. Familiarity with U.S. healthcare roles and licensing requirements. Comfortable working night shifts (U.S. time zone). Proficient in using ATS tools, job boards, and communication platforms (Zoom, Teams). Ability to work independently and stay organized in a remote setup. A strong sense of empathy, professionalism, and urgency. Role Overview We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) based in India who is interested in transitioning into a recruitment role . In this role, you will focus exclusively on hiring U.S.-based, school-focused Speech-Language Pathologists for placements across American schools. Your clinical background will help build credibility and rapport with candidates, while our U.S. team will support you with training and recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities Source and recruit U.S.-based SLPs for school placements. Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and suitability for school environments.
