The role includes coordinating with the sales and service departments, managing inventory, and implementing marketing strategies. The AGM will also be responsible for maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities Experience in sales management and achieving targets Knowledge of automotive industry trends and regulations Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
