Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skills and Communication Trainer located in our flagship cenrre in Dwarka. The Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, designing curriculum, and facilitating workshops. Day-to-day tasks include conducting training sessions on communication and interpersonal skills, writing training materials, and managing intercultural communication workshops. The Trainer will also evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs and provide feedback to improve future sessions. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills Experience in Training and Curriculum Development Strong Writing skills Proficiency in Intercultural Communication Ability to engage and motivate learners Bachelor's degree Communication, Previous experience in the hospitality sector is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills An previous experience in the airlines industry specially in cabin crew would be an added advantage
