Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and creative Architectural Intern to join our design team. This is an exciting opportunity for a student or recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and professional environment. The intern will assist with the design and documentation of ongoing projects, including residential, commercial, and institutional architecture. You will work closely with senior architects and designers to support all phases of project development. Roles and Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, presentations, and models (digital and/or physical). Support the design team in conceptual design, schematic design, and design development phases. Conduct site visits, field measurements, and help with project documentation. Create and revise AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp drawings under the supervision of project architects. Contribute to 3D visualizations and renderings using tools like Rhino, Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape. Assist in material research, sourcing, and documentation. Help compile construction documents, drawing sets, and permit packages. Participate in design discussions, project reviews, and client presentations as required. Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and sustainable design practices. Organize and maintain project files, records, and reference materials. Qualifications: Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office. Basic understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction methods. Strong design sensibility and visual communication skills. Excellent time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment.
