Job Title : Junior Civil Draftsman Location : Nanded City, Pune Department : Civil Engineering / Design Reports To : Senior Draftsman / Design Engineer / Project Manager Experience : 0–2 years Employment Type : Full-time / Contract Job Summary : We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Draftsman to assist our engineering and design teams in preparing technical drawings and layouts for civil engineering projects. This role is ideal for a recent diploma holder or entry-level candidate with a strong interest in civil drafting and design. Key Responsibilities : Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD or other drafting software based on design specifications. Assist in developing detailed drawings for structural layouts, roadways, drainage systems, and other civil works. Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards, codes, and client requirements. Organize and maintain drawing files and project documentation. Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and other draftsmen to resolve design-related queries. Requirements : Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsmanship. 0–2 years of drafting experience in civil/infrastructure projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; familiarity with Civil 3D, Revit, or similar software is a plus. Basic knowledge of civil engineering concepts and construction methods. Good understanding of scales, dimensions, and engineering drawing standards. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Strong organizational and communication skills.
