In addition, you will be expected to maintain and update attendance records, as well as ensure school discipline is upheld. Participation in staff meetings, educational conferences, and workshops is a crucial part of this role. As the head of a primary age class, you will have the primary responsibility for the progress of your students. Creating a positive learning atmosphere is essential, and you will be required to organize the classroom and learning resources accordingly. Tailoring your lessons to cater to the needs of students with varying abilities within the class is a key aspect of this position.
