Act as the primary point of contact for a designated class, overseeing both academic and pastoral development.
Facilitate core subjects and ensure integrated learning through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Build strong relationships with students and foster a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment.
Monitor individual student progress and maintain comprehensive records of academic and personal development.
Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates, meetings, and progress reports.
Collaborate with subject teachers, coordinators, and school leadership to ensure holistic student growth.
Participate in school events, training programs, and professional development initiatives.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Education or relevant field (B.Ed. mandatory)
Able to handle grades 1 - 5
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role (preferably in an international or progressive school setup)
Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Passion for child-centric learning and inclusive education
Tech-savvy and adaptable to modern teaching tools and platforms
