Primary Teacher

Job Description: Required Experienced Teachers (Grades 1–10, All Subjects)Responsibilities

• Plan and Deliver Lessons: Develop and implement subject-specific lesson plans that align with curriculum standards for grades 1–10, using a variety of instructional methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Assessment and Grading: Create, assign, and grade assignments, tests, and projects while providing timely, constructive feedback to support student improvement and learning outcomes.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment to ensure all students can learn effectively; enforce rules and model respectful behavior.
• Student Progress Monitoring: Regularly evaluate students’ academic progress and maintain accurate records; prepare and share progress reports.
• Communication: Collaborate with colleagues, attend staff meetings, and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and well-being.
• Professional Development: Participate in trainings, workshops, or conferences to stay updated on educational best practices and new technologies.
• Extracurricular Involvement: Organize and supervise educational activities, events, or field trips to promote holistic development.
• Individualized Support: Provide extra help to struggling students through differentiated instruction and one-on-one support.
• Compliance: Adhere to school policies, state/national educational guidelines, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in teaching, education, or relevant subject; teacher certification preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in one or more subjects at the primary or secondary level.
• Skills: Exceptional subject knowledge, lesson planning, classroom management, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Qualities: Creativity, passion, patience, empathy, discipline, and adaptability.
• IT Skills: Basic proficiency in digital teaching tools and educational technology

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
