We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable After-School Tutor to support the academic needs of our students. The tutor will provide subject-specific guidance, homework assistance, and exam preparation in alignment with the school curriculum. This role is ideal for someone passionate about education, patient with learners, and committed to improving student performance and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide academic support and tutoring to students after school hours.
• Assist with homework, assignments, and project work across various subjects.
• Offer personalized learning strategies to address students’ strengths and weaknesses.
• Prepare lesson plans or learning materials tailored to students’ requirements.
• Monitor and evaluate students’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Create an engaging, supportive, and motivating learning environment.
• Ensure discipline, punctuality, and adherence to school policies during tutoring sessions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
