Primary School Teacher Trainers

As a Trainer at Caprics Learning Lab, you will be responsible for providing in-person training to teachers across various locations. Your role will involve preparing training content, implementing effective classroom management practices, and designing strategies to develop self-responsible teachers. You will also be required to create training videos, travel to different schools as needed, and monitor the overall performance of classes and schools. In addition, maintaining good relations with school stakeholders and supporting education programs to enhance the quality of basic education will be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare training content and materials for teachers at all levels. - Plan and implement effective classroom management practices. - Design strategies to develop self-responsible and independent teachers. - Create videos of the training content. - Travel to schools across India for training purposes. - Monitor and oversee classes/schools performance. - Provide on-the-job training and assistance to teachers. - Maintain good working relations with school stakeholders, teachers, and principals. - Support Teachers and Education Programs to improve basic education quality.
