Primary School Teacher Trainer

You are an enthusiastic Trainer who will be responsible for providing in-person training to teachers in various locations. Your role involves preparing training content, implementing effective classroom management practices, and designing strategies to develop independent teachers. You will be required to travel to different schools across India, monitor classes" performance, and provide on-the-job training to teachers. Your key responsibilities include educating teachers at all levels, creating training materials, recording training videos, and maintaining good relations with school stakeholders. You will support teachers and education programs to improve the quality of basic education. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with 3-5 years of experience, proficient in Tamil, English, and Hindi languages, and willing to join immediately. This full-time position is based in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, with a monthly salary starting from Rs. 40,000. You will also be eligible for a yearly bonus. The ability to commute/relocate to Madurai is required for this role.
