Job Description

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Primary School Teachers capable of handling multiple subjects (English, Mathematics, Environmental Science, and Language) for Grades 1 to 7. The ideal candidate should foster a love of learning, promote curiosity, and support the holistic development of students in a nurturing environment. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging lessons across core subjects in line with the curriculum. Use innovative and interactive teaching methods to cater to different learning styles. Create a positive classroom environment focused on student development and well-being. Assess and evaluate student progress through formal and informal methods. Maintain accurate student records and communicate effectively with parents. Collaborate with other teachers, coordinators, and school staff to ensure a cohesive academic plan. Incorporate technology, visual aids, and project-based learning where appropriate. Participate in school events, training programs, and extracurricular activities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree with B.Ed. or D.Ed. (mandatory). Proficiency in English (spoken and written). Strong knowledge of child-centered teaching practices. Patience, empathy, and excellent classroom management skills. Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with digital tools and e-learning platforms is a plus.
