The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the feasibility, profitability, and risks of potential real estate projects in compliance with Mumbai's urban planning regulations. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including architects, financial analysts, legal teams, and construction professionals, to provide detailed project evaluations that will inform decision-making at all levels. Job role:  Project Feasibility Analysis: Conduct comprehensive feasibility studies for real estate projects, including financial modeling, market research, site analysis, and cost-benefit analysis.  Risk Assessment: Evaluate potential risks associated with the project, such as financial, environmental, and regulatory risks, and provide recommendations for risk mitigation.  Financial Evaluation: Analyze project budgets, financing options, and cash flow projections to assess the viability and return on investment of each project.  Market Research: Monitor local and global real estate market trends, demand drivers, and competition to provide valuable insights for project positioning.  Legal and Regulatory Review: Ensure all projects comply with local zoning laws, building codes, and other regulatory requirements.
