Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with potential customers, and maintaining strong client relationships. Freshers are welcome – we value good communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to learn more than experience. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain products/services and generate sales. Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve their queries professionally. Follow up on leads through calls, emails, or messages. Provide accurate and complete information to customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach. Skills & Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi). Quick learner with a positive and confident attitude. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is an advantage. Ability to handle rejections calmly and stay motivated. Prior experience in real estate, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus, but not mandatory. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Role Overview: As a Corporate Liaison Officer, you will act as the bridge between Leasable 360 and corporate clients, developers, builders, and institutional partners. Your primary responsibility will be to build, nurture, and manage business relationships, driving collaboration and growth opportunities within the real estate ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, developers, and channel partners. Act as the main point of contact between Leasable 360 and external stakeholders. Identify new partnership opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to execute business strategies. Facilitate project tie-ups, leasing deals, and collaboration initiatives with major real estate players. Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and tech departments to align client needs with company goals. Represent Leasable 360 in corporate meetings, property events, and networking sessions. Ensure smooth communication and coordination between clients and internal departments. Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations for potential business collaborations. Skills & Qualifications: Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in corporate liaisoning, business development, or client relations (preferably in real estate). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities. Tech-savvy and comfortable working with CRM and real estate software.
