Roles & Responsibilities Operate and monitor edible oil refining machinery and related processes Maintain temperature, pressure, and flow rates as per specifications Ensure quality control and adherence to production standards Perform routine equipment maintenance and cleaning Report any operational or safety issues to the supervisor Maintain logs and shift reports Preferred candidate profile Minimum 3 years experience in operating edible oil refinery equipment Strong understanding of neutralization, bleaching, and deodorization processes Familiarity with safety and hygiene standards in food manufacturing Basic mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting minor issues Experience or knowledge in solvent extraction of copra (DOCC) will be a strong plus
