Role & responsibilities : Analyses product specification and plant capacity data and determines the material, Manufacturing process, equipment, workforce requirement to perform the job. Preparing, prioritizing, modifying managing daily/weekly/monthly production schedules and ensuring that the production target is achieved. Prepare production schedule based on the production release note, customer delivery dates and available/ expected resources. Review material availability with stores periodically and coordinate with procurement department to ensure availability of required material as per the production schedule. Addresses and resolves production issues, to minimize the production delay. Expedite operational delays and rescheduling plan to meet unforeseen circumstances. Monitoring and controlling the shop floor components assembly process and quality daily and delivering the product as per line planning with customer requirements. Enable manpower and optimum utilization of resources to meet production targets. Provide manpower requirement to HR department and ensure the availability of required manpower for production. Update all relevant department of changes to the current production schedule. Work closely with engineering department to understand the order in pipeline and plan production sch. proactively. Ensure the available resources are utilized to their maximum capacity through effective planning control. Recommend and implement efficient production technics, cost reduction initiatives as well as improve the production process, product quality, productivity. Coordinate with packing planning for timely dispatch of product to the customer. Work scheduling & manpower planning to meet the production the production plan. Handling 100 people in shop floor. Maintaining ISO and manufacturing standards in shop floor and records & keep up to date. Required Skill: T-Codes -ERP(SAP) Manufacturing - Strategic planning Production Planning and Scheduling Six Sigma, Poka Yoke, PDCA, Manufacturing Cost Calculation Inventory management Process Improvement Techniques Time Management and Prioritization ISO Core Competencies; Strong knowledge in Shop floor production plans, Engineering drawings, management systems, control processes and Machineries. Increased productivity, quality performance and yield through the application of lean manufacturing processes and continuous improvement. Implement Quality Management Systems to deliver the defect-free products and effectively utilize the company resources by adopting various innovative ideas of Production. Strong Knowledge in personal computer and business solutions software skills and Critical thinking skills Excellent communication with supporting team departments head and management. Ensure proper execution, meeting targets and optimum utilization of resources by planning and fixing the target for self and team members through KRA for analyzing performance.
