JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end test strategy and execution plan Coordinate functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing efforts Define quality metrics and ensure defect management tracking Oversee test case creation and automation strategy (if applicable) Work with BAs and developers to ensure requirements traceability Requirements: 6+ years QA experience, including 2+ years in Salesforce projects Experience in testing CPQ configurations and pricing scenarios Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Jira/Xray, TestRail) Excellent documentation and team coordination skills Salesforce Certified Administrator/ Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certifications are preferred. ISTQB/TOSCA Certifications would be a plus.
