Pricing and Rebates Specialist

The role of Rebates & Pricing Specialist based in India involves coordinating financial accounting, reporting, and analytical activities for the Asia market. You will play a crucial role in communicating quantitative and qualitative information to accounting, finance, and commercial teams, contributing to financial accuracy and partner relationships. You will be responsible for managing customer rebates and promotional invoices, ensuring timely validation and processing. Additionally, setting up and changing rebates in the SAP system, providing reports to the local business team, and establishing strong relationships with Sales and Finance teams are key aspects of the role. Analyzing rebate audit queries, assisting with business targets, tracking customer rebate programs, and managing discount recognition data flow are also part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should be fluent in English, have 3-5 years of work experience, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively. Knowledge of SAP is desired but not essential. Being adaptable, IT literate, and possessing conflict management skills are essential qualities for success.
