Role & responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback via phone calls. Clearly explain financial product features, eligibility, and benefits. Communicate professionally to build and maintain positive customer relationships. Handle customer queries and objections with confidence. Collect, verify, and submit kyc and compliance documents accurately. Track and follow up on leads to ensure maximum conversion. Maintain detailed records of calls, follow ups, applications, and conversions. Preferred candidate profile 0-1 year of experience in customer support. Excellent communication skills in english language. Ability to work on outbound calling campaigns using telephonic devices. Role & responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound voice calls to address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. Respond to customer emails and provide timely and accurate resolutions. Engage in semi-voice or blended voice processes, combining both call and email/chat interactions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns professionally and empathetically. Assist customers in understanding products or services and resolving any technical or operational challenges. Work collaboratively with the team to ensure targets and service levels are met. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines while managing customer interactions. Preferred candidate profile 0-1 year of experience in customer support, voice, non-voice, or semi-voice processes. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Basic understanding of email support, inbound and outbound call handling. Ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in handling HRBPO or BPO-related tasks is a plus. Customer-focused attitude with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
