Role & responsibilities Title: Electrical Engineer, Electronics Engineer, Electronics telecom Engineer. Job Summary: We're hiring an Engineer to design, develop, and maintain electrical systems for EV two-wheelers at Prevalent Automotive. Ideal candidates have experience with college racing teams or in the EV or automotive sectors, including two, three, and four-wheelers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and develop electrical systems, including circuits, power supplies, and control systems, using CAD software and simulation tools. 2. Integrate, code, and work with CAN matrix and protocol for two-wheelers. 3. Manage motor and controller integration, as well as IoT and software knowledge. 4. Oversee battery and BMS integration and understand related components and systems. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teamsmechanical engineers, software engineers, and techniciansto ensure seamless integration of electrical and electronic components. 6. Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, diagnosing and repairing malfunctions. 7. Write technical reports and documentation, including specifications, test plans, and instruction manuals. 8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for electrical and electronic components. 9. Wiring and Harness Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or a related field. 2. Minimum 2 years of experience in electrical and electronics engineering, with a focus on designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems. Fresher’s with racing team experience or CAN communication project work will also be considered. 3. Strong understanding of electrical principles, including circuit design, power systems, and control systems. 4. Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools such as Altium, LTSpice, or MATLAB/Simulink. 5. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as IS, AIS, ISO, UL, and FCC. 6. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
