Role & responsibilities We are seeking an HR Intern to assist the HR team in day-to-day operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This role provides a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews). • Support on boarding and orientation for new employees. • Help maintain employee records and HR documentation. • Assist in organizing training and employee engagement activities. • Support the HR team with general administrative tasks. Qualifications • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. • A keen interest in pursuing a career in HR.
