As a Sales and Technical Support Engineer at Fluke, you will be responsible for identifying potential customers in the North region for IG products and enhancing their visibility. You will collaborate with the sales team to address customer pain points and provide suitable solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with channel partner field engineers to stimulate demand and secure sales. Your role will involve offering technical support to selected key accounts, conducting various events such as Hotel Seminars, In-house Seminars, Roadshows, and demos at customer locations. You will be expected to handle pre and post-sales installation and training activities, monitor the market for competitor movements, and provide timely reports to the manager. Moreover, you will be required to create application notes and testimonial videos based on customer feedback. Your domain expertise will include sales and technical support in the test and measurement industry, with sound technical knowledge in electrical, temperature, mechanical, and pressure products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for effectively engaging with customers. Frequent travel within the assigned territory is an integral part of this role. The qualification requirements include a BE in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering, along with 6-8 years of overall work experience. You should possess strong creative, strategic, analytical, and interpersonal skills. The ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain client relationships is essential. Proficiency in optimizing landing pages, user funnels, and managing processes is advantageous.
