Role & responsibilities Part Development Activity To Understand the Projects/Requirements and accordingly identify Vendors related to Parts Floating of Enquiry to Register Vendors for Parts which need to Develop as per R&D Requirement Analyze & Assess Suppliers In order To Identify best one on cost, Quality and Delivery Basis Collecting Quotation from 2-3 suppliers Submitting Price Settlement Proposal to Price Panel with Primary Costing of Machining /Sheet Metal Parts Cost Reduction & Alternate source Development Skill based on Organisation Need Releasing LOI / Making and Releasing PO to Supplier and ask Delivery Timeline Required Candidate Profile - Preference to have experience in Automobile/Auto Ancillary Manufacturing Company Must Have Good Process Knowledge of Pressed Parts /Machined Components/Casting & Forging Process & vendor Development/Procurement. Must have Computer Proficiency - Microsoft Office, Outlook, ERP/MRP Effective Verbal and Written communication skills Imports documentation experience will be added advantage Instrumental in Alternate Vendor Development & Vendor Rating Experience 7-10 Years In Automotive/Ancillary Manufacturing Company Qualification Graduate in Mechanical Engg
